PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain increase of vibration and noise which are caused by difference of electric resistance value between rotor conductor and a short-circuit ring. SOLUTION: A plurality of rotor conductor and portions 23A accommodated in slots of a rotor core 21 are short-circuited to a short-circuit ring 25. Rotor conductors 23 are accommodated in accommodation trenches 28 installed in an outer peripheral part of the short-circuit ring 25. A part between the short- circuit ring 25 facing the rotor core 21 and the rotor conductors 23 is so bonded by a bonding part 27 that the rotor conductors and the short-circuit ring 25 are made an unified body.
