PURPOSE: An apparatus for canceling a noise of caller ID data in a wireless communication terminal is provided to prevent that a subscriber senses the noise by detecting a wireless data transmission noise inserted when transmitting the caller ID data while the subscriber talks over a portable device of the wireless communication terminal and performing a mute process when transmitting the caller ID data. CONSTITUTION: A switching unit(314) switches a transmission path of a signal received to an RF(Radio Frequency) unit(312). A SAS signal detecting unit(317) detects whether the RF unit(312) receives a SAS signal. A reception data processing unit(318) detects whether the RF unit(312) receives SAS/CAS signals, and transmits caller ID data to a control unit(319). If the SAS/CAS signals are detected, the control unit(319) blocks the switching unit(314) so that various signals received to the RF unit(312) are not transmitted to a receiver. An LCD(320) displays a caller ID according to the caller ID data provided to the control unit(319).
