PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an array panel for a reflection-transmission type LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device is provided to improve the yield rate by preventing the defective deposition of a terminal electrode deposited in a contact hole and to prevent the rising of a material cost by removing the necessity of a thick photoresist film. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an array panel for a reflection-transmission type LCD device comprises the steps of forming a first drain contact hole(153a) for exposing a drain electrode(137), a first storage contact hole(155a) for exposing a source/drain metal layer(143), a first gate pad contact hole(157a) for exposing a gate pad electrode(127) and a first data pad contact hole(159a) for exposing a data pad electrode(141) by patterning a third insulating film(147) formed on a second insulating film(145), forming a reflecting panel having a transmission hole on the third insulating film in a pixel area(P), forming a second drain contact hole, a second storage contact hole, a second gate pad contact hole and a second data pad contact hole by patterning a fourth insulating film formed on the front face of a substrate, and forming a pixel electrode, a gate pad terminal electrode and a data pad terminal electrode.
