UV CURABLE URETHANE ACRYLATE OLIGOMER HAVING EXCELLENT HEAT RESISTANCE AND UV CURABLE PAINT COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An UV curable urethane acrylate oligomer having excellent heat resistance is provided to obtain an UV curable paint composition having improved heat resistance, anti-fouling property, adhesion property, curing property and chemical resistance. CONSTITUTION: The UV curable urethane acrylate oligomer(formula 1) is obtained by reacting a polyether polyol(formula 3) optionally with a polyester polyol(formula 2) and a part of isocyanate functional groups of an isocyanate compound selected from the group consisting of aliphatic, alicyclic and aromatic isocyanates and oligomers thereof, and then carrying out an addition reaction of the remaining part of the isocyanate functional groups with a mixture of hydroxy-containing fluoro-monomer(formula 5) which has excellent heat resistance, a hydroxy-containing acrylate(formula 4) and a polyalkylene glycol macromer(formula 6). The UV curable paint composition comprises the UV curable urethane acrylate oligomer, a reactive monomer and a photo-initiator.
