<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for changing and presenting a price according to the purchase by a customer in conformation to diverse purchase needs of customers. <P>SOLUTION: The price of a commodity or support (the consideration determined by a user 1 and a seller 2 for an order made by any one of FAX, telephone, and e-mail) is preliminarily stored with user information in a user information storage means 14. The stored price is changed and restored every user according to purchase request by a price changing means 15. Purchase request information is accepted from the user 1 by accepting means 25 and 11, and the purchase request information is integrated by an order receipt processing means 13 to perform an order receipt processing, and the delivery of the commodity or the providing of the support is instructed to a provider 4 by a commodity delivery instruction means 16. A purchase application form and a catalog are prepared by a catalog preparation means 17 according to the price and user personal information of the storage means 14, and provided to the user 1 by a catalog providing means 18.
