PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroacoustic transducer configured to be mounted on a board, that can prevent a damage of a coil spring and enhance the durability even when the coil spring as a conduction member is in use as a conduction part to make a terminal plate conductive to the conduction part of the board. SOLUTION: A coil spring 40 is not fixed to a terminal plate 22 and a frame 20 and contained and stored in a cylindrical recessed part 20d. Concretely, a pin projection 40B is inserted to a through-hole 22a of the terminal plate 22 and a tip 40Ba is folded and locked to the terminal plate 22. Thus, in the case of mounting the electroacoustic transducer 10 onto the board 2, even when a lateral shift takes place between the board 2 and the coil spring 40 elastically compression-deformed, the coil spring 40 is laterally moved in parallel in the cylindrical recessed part 20d to press the coil section 40A into contact with a circumferential wall face of the cylindrical recessed part 20d so that concentration of the stress onto part of the coil spring attended with lateral shift deformation is not caused different from a conventional electroacoustic transducer.
