PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement system for advertising a facility more efficiently than in the past.

SOLUTION: This advertisement system 1 comprises an advertisement storage part 202 for storing advertisement data D2 for the advertisement for urging the use of the facility; a mail input part 301 for the user of the facility inputting a message D0 and the e-mail address of a delivery designation for transmission of e-mail; a mail preparation part 208 for preparing a mail with advertisement D11 in which the advertisement data D2 read from the advertisement storage part 202 is added to the message D0; a mail transmission part 201 for transmitting the prepared mail with advertisement D11; a charging information storage part 204 for storing the number of the transmitted mails with advertisement D11 every user; and an amount calculation part 205 for determining the content of the benefit of the facility given to the user on the basis of the number of the mails with advertisement D11 transmitted by the user concerned.
