PURPOSE: An optical pickup actuator is provided to improve dynamic tilt and shaking by elastically pressing parts of wires even though a neutral position of a blade changes according to a DVD or CD. CONSTITUTION: A yoke plate(28) includes a wire holder(26) fixedly installed at one end. A blade(22) includes an objective lens(21) and is minutely driven by electromagnetic force between a focusing coil(23), a tracking coil(24), and a magnetic body(27) in focusing and tracking directions. A plurality of wires(25) have one ends fixed at the blade and the other ends fixed at the wire holder for elastically supporting the blade. A plurality of dampers(100) are arranged at upper surfaces of the wires at predetermined gaps and fixed at the wire holder to elastically pressurize parts of the wires when the blade ascends to a neutral position of an opposite driving part on the basis of a neutral position of anyone of a DVD and a CD.
