SEPARATION WALL FORMING METHOD, SEPARATION WALL FORMING DEVICE, AND PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a separation wall of a panel which can improve the brightness of a plasma display device by discharging the material for the separation wall from a discharging part. SOLUTION: For the separation wall forming device 1 forming a separation wall on a base plate 9 by discharging the material for the separation wall from a discharging part 52, a wave-shaped separation wall is formed on the base plate 9 by arranging a swaying mechanism 4 making the discharging part 52 sway in the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of a stage 3 holding the base plate 9. The stage 3 is moved twice, and a separation wall is formed between existing separation walls at the second movement of the stage 3. The separation wall formed at the first stage movement and the same formed at the second stage movement are formed symmetrical about the moving direction of the stage 3.
