PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device wherein by a simple structure, static electricity charged a tray or the like is released to an earth side in a state safe to electronic components and a human body. SOLUTION: One of a tray for attaching/detaching and moving a disk, a rail member for guiding the movement of the tray, and a rail holding member for holding the rail member is partially or totally made of a conductive resin, and electricity is conducted among the three.
