PURPOSE: A method for determining center segregation of continuously cast billet is provided, thereby rapidly and quantitatively determining the center segregation of continuously cast billet. CONSTITUTION: The method for determining center segregation of continuously cast billet comprises the steps of: collecting sulfur print of the continuously cast billet; analysis of the collected sulfur print image to obtain the distribution of black spots having a certain area; subdividing the black grade of the black spots having a certain area to obtain the intensity distribution; and calculating a ration of the intensity distribution(I) of black spots having a certain area and the intensity distribution(Io) at the billet free area, wherein the area distribution of the black spots has 0.5 mm2 or more; and the black grade of the black spots having a certain area is subdivided into 256 grades.
