PURPOSE: A high frequency buffer operating stably at a high frequency is provided. CONSTITUTION: The high frequency buffer comprises a differential amplifier(10) comparing and amplifying an input signal and an output signal of an output terminal under operation by a bias signal, and an output part(20) outputting a stable output waveform at a high frequency. The differential amplifier comprises the first and the second current mirror circuits(11,12) where an equal current flows, and the first input unit(N11,N14) receiving an input signal by connection to the first and the second current mirror circuits, and the second input unit(N12,N13) receiving the output signal of the output terminal by the connection to the first and the second current mirror circuit, and a current maintaining unit(13) maintaining a constant current to stably operate in a saturated area by the bias signal.
