PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which has suitable softness and toughness, a high impact resilience, and a good fluidity in the molten state, is suitable for injection molding, and can give a molded item free of delamination. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises a modified polyester elastomer and an ionomer.
