<p>A method and an apparatus for extrusion of a product containing different macro particles are described. The product may be extruded and a cutting off may be established by means of knives (3, 4) which are displaced at great speed through the confectionery string formed. Surprisingly it has proved possible that at the great speed it is possible to cut across an item which is on the cut without such items being displaced in the cut and impairing the appearance of the product.</p> |
