PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the pedal installing position adjustable properly with respect to the pedal construction for operating the construction machine depending upon the body form of the operator, operator's taste, working situation or the like. SOLUTION: An interposing member 10 is fastened by bolts at the upper portion of a valve 2 provided on the floor 3 of the cabin, and an operation pedal 1 is fastened by bolts at the upper portion of the interposed member 10. By the position adjusting construction provided between the valve 2 and the interposed member 10 or between the interposed member 10 and the operation pedal 1, the operation pedal 1 is adjusted relative to the position of the valve 2.
