<p>A decorative cutout, which may be any one of a number of intricate cutouts of paper material of various colors, is mounted with a dhesive to a corrugated surface, which has been sprayed with adhesive. The corrugated strip is mounted to a firm backing and an outer mounting element with a predetermined aperutre is positioned over the corrugated material to present a border about the cutout. The corrugated surface provides depth to the cutout and a ready means of adhering the cutout to the corrugated material.</p> |
