PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threaded nail capable of ensuring stable fitting strength without denting a surface of a hollow steel pipe body when the pipe body made of a thin steel sheet or the like is attached by using a nail to a plane member made of wood, or of laminated wood or the like. SOLUTION: The threaded nail 1 comprises a shaft body 2, a head 3 provided in a base end of the shaft body 2 and a pointed top 4 provided in a point thereof. The shaft body 2 comprises a first threaded portion 5 formed at the point side and a second threaded portion 6 formed with a larger screw thread pitch than that of the first threaded portion 1 in the base end, so that difference of lead between the first threaded potion 5 and the second threaded potion 6 causes a swell to yield on a surface of the pipe body that is first nailed and further the nail 1 is turned to tighten until the swell disappears.
