PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt fixture capable of embedding an anchor bolt with higher degree of accuracy. SOLUTION: In the anchor bolt fixture set between frame plate members 34 for constituting a temporary form 33 erected when the anchor bolt 39 is used for vertically embedding in a concrete foundation, it comprises a fixture body 11 fixed to the frame plate members 34 and a hanging plate 12 for hanging and supporting the anchor bolt 39 inserted into the fixture body 11, a pair of oppositely erected first sheathings 14 are provided to the fixture body 11, at the same time, V-grooves 20 for a leveling string comparison are provided to the upper parts of both first sheathings 14, and the center of the anchor bolt 39 is set on a first straight line connecting two V-grooves 20 in a state to hang and support the anchor bolt 39.
