PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the inference accuracy of brake liquid pressure. SOLUTION: A brake liquid pressure inferring device is applied to a vehicle on which a brake controller provided with a pump P for supplying brake liquid to a supply part H10 of a brake pipe H1, branched pipe parts H11, H12 branched from the supply part H10, and a pressure control means constituted so as to control the pressure of each wheel cylinder independently is mounted. The brake liquid pressure inferring device is provided with a control unit CU for inferring each wheel cylinder pressure based on a flow rate of brake liquid obtained from a signal related to a braking situation. When control is switched to a condition in which a pressure increase is controlled for wheel cylinders WCFR, WCRL each of whose pressures is lower than the pressure of liquid in the supply part H10 on the halfway of controlling brake liquid pressure, the control unit CU infers a flow-in amount of brake liquid into the wheel cylinders having low pressures from the supply part H10 and infers wheel cylinder pressures by utilizing the flow-in inferred amount.
