PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collecting device capable of collecting salt components leading to molten salt together with particles such as oxidized parts leading to adhered ash at high temperature parts in an incinerator, a gasifier, or a gasification-melting device for solid fuel such as waste and coal.

SOLUTION: A heat transfer tube 12 for passing cooling medium such as cooling water or steam therein is installed in a housing 11. A heat exchange is performed between the cooling medium in the heat transfer tube 12 and gas d generated by the combustion or partial combustion of inflammables in a gasification-melting furnace 20 and discharged from the gasification-melting furnace 20 to lower the temperature of the gas d. Thus fly ash in the gas can be adhered to the surface of the heat transfer tube 12.
