SOLUTION: An object needing the cold insulation/heat insulation can be continuously kept in a cold insulating/heat insulating state by simultaneously using a cold insulating/heat insulating body filled with a cold insulator/heat insulator capable of being repeatedly used and superior in a cold insulation/heat insulation keeping time, and a case.
