PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copolyester excellent in resistances to moisture heat and to cationic acids, and an adhesive composition containing the same. SOLUTION: The copolyester comprises an aromatic dicarboxylic acid component and the following components (a)-(d), where the total amount of the components (a)-(d) is 100 mol%; (a) 3-50 mol% of a dimer diol, (b) 0-10 mol% of a glycol having a specific structure, (c) 10-60 mol% of a glycol or an oxyacid having a specific structure and (d) 20-80 mol% of a 2-10C alkylene glycol. The adhesive composition comprises the copolyester. A laminate is obtained by applying the adhesive composition on a substrate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
