PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor finishing member excellent in heat transfer efficiency even when it is applied to a floor structure for floor heating while preventing noises and keeping favorable walkability and safety. SOLUTION: The floor finishing member is constituted of a finishing member 1, a vibration-proof member 2, and a heat transfer body 3. The vibration-proof member 2 is set under the finishing member 1, and the heat transfer body 3 is arranged in the space constituted of the finishing member 1, the vibration- proof member 2, and the floor base 10. The floor finishing member is favorable especially for a directly mounting floor finishing member. Meanwhile, it is preferable that the vibration-proof members are installed at every specified distance and the heat transfer body 3 is disposed on the substantially whole face of the space defined by the finishing member 1, the vibration-proof member 2, and the floor base 10.
