PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable primer composition for a polyolefin resin, which is excellent in adhesion to the polyolefin resin and adhesion to a coating applied to the primer-coated surface and that is no problems on discoloration and malodor of the cured product.
