PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate picking work. SOLUTION: A pair of outer rails 30 is laid by inclining it downward toward the side of a picking work part 6b between a deposit and delivery part 6a and the picking work part 6b of a deposit and delivery station 6 and a pair of inner rails 31 is laid inside against the outer rails 30. A front wheel 45 of a carriage 41 height of which is lowered travels on the outer rails 30 and a rear wheel 46 of the carriage 41 travels on the inner rails 31 respectively. A chain 54 to be driven by a motor 50 is provided along the rails 30, 31, and this chain 54 and the carriage 41 are connected to each other by a connecting bar 56. When the chain 54 is driven, the carriage 41 travels on the rails 30, 31 while keeping a horizontal state (balanced state). It is possible to lower a position, that is, height of a cargo 22 on an upper surface of the carriage 41 by the height of the rails 30, 31 on the side of the deposit and delivery part 6a on the picking work part 6b, and accordingly, it is possible to facilitate the picking work.
