<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Cr-added type magnetic steel sheet superior in a cold rolling property. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the non-oriented magnetic steel sheet superior in the cold rolling property is characterized by annealing a hot- rolled steel sheet which includes, by mass%, 0.005% or less C, 0.2% or less P, 4% or less Si, 0.05-2% Mn, 3% or less Al, 0.02% or less S, 0.005% or less N, and 0.4-5% Cr, as chemical components, cooling it at an average cooling rate of 1°C/s or higher in a region of 700-300°C after annealing the hot-rolled sheet, cold-rolling it, and finishing annealing it. Then, the method can further add Sb of 0.002-0.05% to the chemical components of the above objective sheet. The non-oriented magnetic steel sheet superior in the cold rolling property can be manufactured by the above objective manufacturing methods. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
