<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easier and quicker removal of a tire 100 from a wheel rim 101 without resetting a bead removing head 1 in the fixed position after removing a bead 102 by a bead removing disc 3, where the bead removing head 1 comprises a support 2 fixed to a tire attaching and detaching device, the bead removing disc 3 supported on the upper part of the support 2, and a bead taking out tool 4 having a working end 7. <P>SOLUTION: The bead taking out tool 4 is supported on the support 2 in a slidable manner and is provided with a driving means 5 operated to displace the bead taking out tool 4, so that the working end 7 can be moved between a working position, where it extends outward, and a stand-by position, where it retreats. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
