PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation in an area having a tendency that an abnormal phenomenon is easily generated therein. SOLUTION: This detector has an on-ground fixing mechanism 26 for fixing a main body dropped from the air, an impact sensor 21 for detecting impact in landing, a fixing tool releasing mechanism 22 for releasing a fixing wire 24 and a wire 25 stored in the main body to a distant position when the impact sensor 21 detects the landing, a switch 23 for detecting a distance change between the fixing tool 24 and the main body via the wire 25, and a transmission part 6 for radio-transmitting an abnormal information data including a characteristic identification number of the abnormality detector 20 generated by a detector control part 5 in response to an output signal from the switch 23, to an abnormal phenomenon monitoring device 3 in a remote site.
