PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground anchor which can be easily fixed at low costs, and its anchorage method. SOLUTION: The ground anchor is provided with a plurality of fixing implements 36 in which one end of the implement is fixed to a first support plate 33b and the other end of the implement is fixed to a second support plate 35. In the ground anchor 31, the fixing implement 36 prevents an elastic member 34 from stretching longer than a specified separation distance 42 and allows the elastic member to bend, and further, the elastic member 34 is bent beforehand to the separation distance 42 a little longer than the objective separation distance 42 and fixed thereto and is bent further by a jack 50 or the like to anchor the ground anchor 31 at the aiming separation distance 42.
