PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removable pressure-sensitive adhesive causing little increase of adhesive force with time to a metal plate or a coated metal part, enabling easy removal from the adherend and having excellent weather resistance and long pot life and provide an adhesive sheet produced by using the adhesive. SOLUTION: The removable pressure-sensitive adhesive contains 100 pts.wt. of a water-dispersed acrylic copolymer obtained by the polymerization of acrylic monomers in an aqueous medium using a nonionic surfactant and/or an anionic surfactant having ethylenic double bond and 0.1-3 pts.wt. of a hindered-amine light stabilizer having a piperidine ring containing a nitrogen atom having a tertiary-amine structure.
