PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armrest with a display, whose flat display can be rised by an easy operation for viewing only at a need in an easily visible position on a side of a crew, does not obstruct the crew getting in/our the car when the display is not used, and can be stored inside almost without reducing the inner space of the armrest. SOLUTION: The flat display 3 switchable to two modes of a usable condition in which the display is erected facing the screen 4 rearward on the front end of this armrest main body 1 in a box shape with the rest face 2 on the upper face placed on a side of a seat and an unusable condition in which the display is on a stored condition without projecting from the surface of the armrest main body 1 is equipped on the armrest.
