PURPOSE: A quench controller is provided to reduce a difference of resistance-varied start points of time via a magnetic flux coupling between first and second windings by connecting primary sides in series and superconduction current limiting devices to secondary sides respectively. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of transformer cores are connected to primary and secondary windings of hybrid superconduction current limiting devices by a magnetic flux coupling method, so that a difference between resistance-generated start points of time is reduced. Otherwise, the hybrid superconduction current limiting devices are connected to one transformer by a magnetic flux coupling method, so that a difference between resistance-generated start points of time is reduced.
