PURPOSE: A device for preventing tilting of a two-way belt conveyor is provided to automatically prevent tilting troubles of a carrier belt changing according to the advancing direction of a belt in the two-way belt conveyor. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing tilting of a two-way belt conveyor comprises a moving carrier stand(6) working according to the rotation direction of a carrier belt; a rotation direction detection unit detecting the rotating direction of the moving carrier stand; and a tilting prevention-working unit(4) preventing tilting of the carrier belt, according to the rotation direction detected from the rotation direction detection unit. The moving carrier stand comprises a moving body(6a), and a moving shaft(6d) attached to the end of the moving body. The moving body is fixed by a carrier roller(1c), an inner bracket(6b), and an outer bracket(6c). Thus, damage and breakage of the carrier belt caused by tilting are prevented.
