PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruding tool which enables the excellent flatness of a substrate to be obtained in the extrusion molding of such a finished shape material as a heat sink. SOLUTION: The extruding tool 10 is provided with a die body 20 having a substrate forming section 22 and a fin forming section 23 and provided with a bearing hole 21 for forming an outer circumferential contour and a plate 30. The plate 30 has a material passing hole 31 which is located behind the die body 20, is through forward and backward and communicates with an opening at the rear end of the bearing hole 21 of the die body 20. At least one vertical partition wall 33, 34 crossing the substrate forming section 22 of the bearing hole 21 in the direction of the thickness of a substrate 2 is formed in the passing hole 31 in the state of being combined with the die body 20. The material passing hole 31 is divided by the vertical partition wall 33, 34 into a plurality of small passing holes 31a, 31b, 31c, 31d, 31e and 31f. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
