PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a curvature coil spring by restraining variations of a coil spring form after processing. SOLUTION: When bend-forming a wire rod continuously by a coiling pin of the coiling machine, a prescribed pitch is alternately imparted with pitch tools 6, 7 considering a deformation volume at the time of straightening annealing.
