PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable spinning for a product whose cross section orthogonal to a rotary shaft has a shape of non-circle such as polygon or ellipse. SOLUTION: A forming mold 2 and a work 1 are rotated by using a motor 3 equipped with an angle detector 3a. Based on product shape data preliminarily stored, a working roller 4 is made to advance or retreat to the forming face 2' of the forming mold 2 in accordance with a feeding amount of the working roller in the axial direction of the forming mold 2 and with a rotating angle of the forming mold 2, and the work 1 is formed along the cross section shape of the forming mold 2 with the working roller 4.
