PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor pad which is satisfactorily used for floor surfaces made of fibrous materials or flexible synthetic resins which does not damage or abrade the fibers or resins of the floor surfaces, and which has excellent cleaning performance. SOLUTION: A net sheet 13 is disposed at least on one side of a cushion body 12, and horizontal rotation of the floor pad 11 to the floor surface makes fibers of the net sheet 13, which are oriented horizontally to the floor surface, rub respective fibers of the fibrous material, which are oriented vertically to the floor surface, to scrape dirt on the surface of the component fibers of the fibrous material as peeling the skin.
