PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for moderating astringency of a green tea beverage without losing the efficacy of the green tea. SOLUTION: This green tea beverage is obtained by adding and mixing a sweetener xylitol which is not usually mixed with a green tea extract solution.
