INHIBITION OF APOPTOSIS ANTISENSE NUCLEOTIDE AGAINST CASPASE 3, EXPRESSION VECTOR THEREOF AND METHOD FOR INHIBITING APOPTOSIS USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antisense nucleotide which can effectively inhibit apoptosis of Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells by effectively suppressing the expression of caspase-3 related to apoptosis and an expression vector thereof and to provide an inhibition method of apoptosis in which the quality of target protein produced in the recombinant cells can be enhanced.

SOLUTION: This antisense nucleotide is used for suppressing the expression of caspase-3 and comprises a specific base sequence. This expression vector contains the antisense nucleotide and expresses antisense RNA of caspase-3. This inhibition method of apoptosis of recombinant cells comprises introducing the expression vector into the recombinant cells and suppressing the expression of caspase-3. Therefore, apoptosis can be inhibited by effectively suppressing the expression of caspase-3 related to apoptosis and the quality of target protein produced in the recombinant cells can be enhanced by inhibiting apoptosis.
