PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a hydraulic pump capacity by using the self-weight of a upward pressing member for catching the forming pressure of pre-draw forming and the pressing force of a downward pressing member for sequential forming. SOLUTION: The upward pressing member 11 is arranged as a male die above a transversely placed plate 13, and a rod-like downward pressing member 17 is arranged below it. Firstly, the plate is pre-draw formed by lowering the upward pressing member 11 and then detail parts are formed by lifting the downward pressing member 17. The capacity of a hydraulic pump can be reduced as the upward pressing member 11 can generate forming pressure or a force to catch the downward pressing member 17 by using its self-weight.
