PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjuster for a rotating needle thread take-up capable of accurately, easily and finely adjusting a phase of a thread take-up curve of the rotating needle thread take-up. SOLUTION: This adjuster for the rotating needle thread take-up is provided with the rotating needle thread take-up 12 fixed to a prescribed turning member 10 rotated in synchronism with the rotation of a sewing machine arm shaft 2, first thread guide holes 126 and 226 for inserting a needle thread 30 from a needle thread supply source to the rotating needle thread take-up, and second thread guide holes 128 and 228 for inserting the needle thread trained over the rotating needle thread take-up to a sewing needle. The adjuster is provided with needle thread take-up thread guide bases 100 and 200 having the first thread guide holes and the second thread guide holes, oblong holes 132, 134, 232 and 234 whose center is the rotation center 12c of the rotating needle thread take-up formed on the needle thread take-up thread guide bases 100 and 200 and a plurality of supporting members 22a and 136 inserted to the oblong holes to hold the needle thread take-up thread guide bases to a machine frame.
