PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stimulate the head skin using an acupoint stimulator and at the same time to enable a liquid type hair restoration agent or hair growing agent to be spot-stuck accurately in a prescribed amount. SOLUTION: An acupoint stimulating part 12 having a tip end in the shape so as to stimulate the head skin, and provided with a fine through hole 12a from the tip end or its neighborhood of which a liquid medicine 15 in a liquid medicine storing part 11 leaks out is unified with the liquid medicine storing part 11 for storing the hair restoring or hair growing liquid medicine 15 for the hair. And, the liquid medicine storing part 11 is fixed to one end of a gripping member 13 capable of elastic deformation made to a gripping part one end of which bents so as to move in the direction the fine through hole 12a extends, and the neighborhood of the other end of which is gripped by fingers.
