PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join even thin plate materials by improving an operation property for joining while a crack of an end part of the plate material in screw fixation is prevented by temporarily holding both plate material at right angles or almost at right angles in joining two pieces of wood plate material at right angles with each other. SOLUTION: One of a first or a second fitting part of a resin-made bush (7) symmetrically equipped with first and second fitting parts (8) and (9) in a length direction having a hollow cylindrical shape, is fitted into a receiving hole (10) formed on a butt end part (3) of the first plate material (1). The first or second other fitting part of the bush projecting forward from the butt end part of the first plate material is fitted into a through hole (4) of the second plate material. The first and the second plate materials are temporarily held at right angles or almost at right angles, a wood screw (5) wherein a major diameter of an external thread part (6) is less than an inner diameter of a bush hollow part (12) passes through the bush hollow part from the through hole of the second plate material in this condition and the first and the second plate materials are joined to each other at right angles.
