FLOOR MATERIAL FOR CATTLE SHED

PURPOSE: Provided is a floor material for a cattle shed by which it is possible to reduce the amount of saw dust applied on the floor of cattle shed, thereby saving cost required for management of the cattle shed. CONSTITUTION: The floor material comprises a mat(2) formed of foamed rubber material in a flat board, a paraffin layer(3a) applied on the top of the mat(2) and a non-woven fabric of polypropylene integratively formed with a nylon mesh(3b) inserted therein and a thermally fusible film(4) to attach the non-woven fabric. The non-woven fabric of polypropylene is produced by inserting a nylon mesh(3b) between two layers of non-woven fabric having a thin thickness and heating and pressing the composite for integration. Therefore, the non-woven fabric has improved strength and durability. The thermally fusible film(4) is an adhesive for hot melt which uses thermoplastic resins.
