ADDITIVE AND ELECTROLYTE OF ZN ELECTRODEPOSITION FOR OBTAINING GOOD CURRENT EFFICIENCY AND ADHESION, SURFACE ROUGHNESS OF COATING LAYER

摘要

PURPOSE: An additive and an electrolyte of Zn electrodeposition for obtaining good current efficiency and adhesion, surface roughness of coating layer are provided. CONSTITUTION: The additive is prepared by adding o-vaniline 50 to 150g/L and sodium arylsulfonate 0 to 40g/L into an aqueous solution being comprised of polyethyleneglycol (H(OCH2CH2)nOH) and aromatic acid, wherein above polyethyleneglycol (H(OCH2CH2)nOH) comprises at least one kind of polyethyleneglycol whose n number is within 10 to 20 and at least one kind of polyethyleneglycol whose n number is within 20 to 30, respectively; the total sum of above polyethyleneglycols is 5 to 10 wt.% with respect to the weight of above aqueous solution.
