PURPOSE: A data transmission device and an LCD using the same are provided to perform freely an interfacing operation between data transmission ports by controlling remotely a transmission order. CONSTITUTION: A data transmission device includes a serial/parallel converter, a data divider, a data transmission portion(34), a data reception portion, and a data transmission control portion. The serial/parallel converter is used for converting inputted data to parallel data. The data divider is used for dividing the parallel data into odd data and even data. The data transmission portion transmits the divided odd data and the divided even data. The data reception portion receives and stores the divided odd data and the divided even data from the data transmission portion. The data transmission control portion controls a transmission order of the divided odd data and the divided even data.
