PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet wiper which cleans and/or lusters a transparent or glossy surface without leaving cleaning traces. SOLUTION: The wet wiper is impregnated with an aqueous composition containing one or more kinds of preservatives in an amount of 0.0005-0.05 mass % on the basis of the total amount of the wiper, and a cleaning agent and/or a lustering agent if necessary.
