PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for spinning forming where a stock tube can be easily deflected without relatively inclining the center axis of the stock tube and a revolution center axis of a forming tool to each other. SOLUTION: While relatively revolving the roller 10 to the stock tube 1 with a prescribed diameter, the center axis C1 of the stock tube and the revolution center axis CK of the roller 10 are relatively eccentrically deviated, and at the same time the stock tube 1 and the roller 10 are relatively moved in their axial directions. Thereby, the stock tube 1 and the roller 10 are relatively moved in a formation proceeding direction. In the movement in the formation proceeding direction, an axially moving means 13 is so controlled that the roller 10 is relatively moved to the stock tube 1 in the axial direction when the circumferential position of the roller 10 to the stock tube 1 proceeds from the inside of the deflection angle direction to the outside thereof, and that the relative movement of the roller 10 to the stock tube 1 in the axial direction is stopped when the circumferential position to the tube 1 proceeds from the outside to the inside of the deflection angle direction.
