PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a momentum measuring device attached to the human body with which an aptitude for an exercise can be evaluated easily and which can show the transition of exercise levels. SOLUTION: A basal metabolic rate B is obtained from the entered body weight and height (ST2 and ST3). A target momentum AN is calculated from the basal metabolic rate B (ST4) and the target momentum AN is displayed on a display 5 (ST5). On the other hand, a measured momentum A is calculated from an output from an acceleration sensor 1 and is displayed (ST8-ST12). Then, a difference AN-A between the target momentum AN and the measured momentum A is calculated and is displayed on the display 5 (ST13).
