摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease abrasion of a rotor guide surface and to enhance the crushing efficiency of the rotor by streamlining the shape. SOLUTION: A rotor guide structure is constituted of a rotary-driven driving shaft 5 arranged in a vertical direction and a rotary plate 2 driven rotationally by and fixed to the driving shaft 5. The rotor is formed in such a way that a bottom guide surface 10 is installed on the rotary plate 2 for guiding a material to be crushed in a radial direction and discharging it, and that a dead stock 7 is arranged to the outer periphery of the rotary plate 2 for giving impact to the discharged material to be crushed. The height of the bottom guide surface 10 of the rotor 2 is made lower and lower toward the outer periphery of the rotary plate 2 from its center. Then a discharge guide surface 9 of the side face of the dead stock 7 is curved to form a continuous streamline. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
